HOW TO ORDER
Once you receive your wholesale login ID and password, you are able to order online at here.
We are an authorized reseller on Faire.com. Please use this link to purchase directly from their website: https://faire.com/direct/madeintexasco
All authorized stockists receive 50% off the MSRP when minimum quantity thresholds are met. Prices are subject to change without notice.
ORDERS & RE-ORDERS
A minimum of $250 is required on opening orders and $100 for re-orders.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to email@example.com within 48 hours.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Purchases through our website (all major cards accepted), Paypal, ACH, and checks are accepted. Please contact us for details on Net 30 billing.
Though it will likely be ready sooner, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be completed. Orders are shipped unless pickup is requested.
NATURE OF LOCALLY MADE PRODUCTS
All of our products are locally made. Due to the nature of our production methods, each item may vary slightly.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS
Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective products. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
We are a certified ACDBE and DBE vendor in the state of Texas.
